Friday 6/12
Left work by 4:30 and managed to take a route that did not get me wadded up in a big pile of traffic behind a massive accident on rt 93.  Stopped at Steve's to make sure everything I needed was in the trailer and off to the track.  Registered, went in, then found out that Bryan Paquette was killed earlier in the day in T3.  It made me want to turn around and go home.  My condolences to Bryan's family.

Saturday 6/13
I took the 250 out in red practices, and the 125 out in yellow.

125 GP
We got called to the grid, but then got sent back as they had to clean up a big oil spill (from before start/finish into T1).  The first lap of the race was more like motorcross with all the dust around.  I got a great start off the line, but got on the brakes a tad too early into T1.  I managed to get back on my game and had a good run at things.  I almost crashed in T12 as my foot got stuck under the shifter going into T11, but I managed to hang on and keep my position.  I only got challenged once going into T9, but managed to keep myself together to hold the position.  I finished 7th with a new best time of 1:21.6

LWGP
I took the 250 out for this race and had a lot of fun.  I didn't get the greatest start and ended up in the back of a big pile of traffic.  I hung out back there for a while until I decided to move up.  I passed a couple SV650s and lapped some people.   I got stuck in some lap traffic in T12 on the last lap, but managed to squeeze myself in the middle of it and get a good run at the finish line.  I finished 18th out of 31 people, and got a new best time of 1:23.4.

I hung out for a while and went to the trophy presentation to cheer on friends, had some burgers, and went home.
